Reputation System:
>If you like someone's topic/post, Just Click on (+) and his Reputation will be increased, If you dislike his post, Just Click on (-) and his reputataion will be decreased. So by doing this you can increase/decrease the reputation of member (Note: You can not increase/decrease your own reputation). To view how much Reputation you got just view below profile details. As shown in screenshot below

Thanks Button:
When you'll yourself create a topic, and other members will do replies on your topic. Then Thanks Button () will be visible on all replies. You can click on thanks button on that >reply which you'll most like, then its colour will be changed to white which shows that you done thanks to that reply of your topic.
