Peter, a manufacturer from Taiwan of optical accessories such as ODF, attenuator and adaptors, is another customer of mine. Peter is the friend of Allen. I got Allen’s info from my colleague Sophie who took park in the CPSE (China Protection and Security Expo) 2008 in Peking and met Allen on the expo. I called Allen many times and introduced myself to him. Allen told me that he has no need of Optical fiber cable. However, he introduced Peter to me warmheartedly and told me that Peter would like to purchase cables.

The most convenient ways for me to contact customers is to communicate with them by SKYPE or MSN. I got almost all of the contact ways of Peter after getting touch with him and then had received lots of inquiries about fiber optic cable from him. Generally speaking, the inquiries from Peter are about cables for aerial application. One day, Peter told me that he planned to have a business trip to Guangzhou and then he would past by Shenzhen. Peter told me he’d like to have a meet with me. It’s a good news for me. Then we made an appointment at Luohu Port on2:00pm.

“Hi, are you Nancy from Necero?” A gentleman who is medium in figure came up to me.
Although Peter was engaged in the business line of telecom for almost 10 years, what he was familiar with was optical accessories instead of optic fiber cables. I was told that there were more and more of his customers who were in need of cables and would like to buy them from him. Peter showed me some samples he collected and made a comparison with the other samples which I prepared for him. Peter was more satisfied with Necero’s products, as the sheath of NECERO’s products was smoother and indoor cables were more elastic.

Peter placed the first order after we communicated with each other for almost 4 months. We have built a long-term cooperation relationship now and there will be order from Peter almost one month. Sales in the road is a marathon of long distance run, only by adhering to the last laugh people are deserved.
