Double Standard of KESC against their consumers
I fail to understand why KESC only have courage to punish or take reveage from honest consumers those do not using ill-legal connection when such consumers failed to pay off their electricity bills. When 3rd month KESC without any hesitate or problem dis-connect the connection line of consumers.

But tell how they punish those consumers who are using ill-legal connection which is not hidden from any one but I am much dis-appointed, hurt and regret why KESC do not play its due role in order first to catch those ill-legal cosnumers and than impose fine or punishment. Such exercise will reduce the losses of KESC in the shape of ill-legal consumers.
But What reasons KESC do not exercise its power or do duty to catch those who are using electricity ill-legal. Due to some of their staff get benefits or those who are using ill-legal connection have more powerful than KESC that is why KESC remain silence.

When those who are supporting or encouraging the consumers for ill-legal connections are suppose the black sheep working in KESC should be kick out and punished too. But the question is who will take this Bold steps?
The reasons of ill-legal connections users increased due to power traffic increase by 103% during 2 years time such speed never the middle class group salary never revised, than who will realised the problem of KESC consumers and later take task to solve it honestly.
