VERY DIS-APPOINTMENT & REGRET “TRAFFIC SIGNAL” AT SOLDIER BAZAR NO.3 often REMAIN NOT-WORKING?

I want to draw the attention of City District Government and those who are concern and responsible to heed the public complain, later they should remove the fault.
I want to say the traffic signal of SOLDIER BAZAR NO.3 most of time remain not working due to this reason traffic flow gathered and that time every riders act as he is most BUSY person that is why he or she can’t wait and waste time in the traffic jam due to reasons traffic signal not working and traffic people seldom seen on this area while performing duty.

The other major issue is that the said traffic signal has 3 operations to control the traffic but when the traffic comes from BRITTO ROAD, Karachi than no optinion for control the traffic flow from that side. My humble request first to remove the ill or not workable traffic signal and install a traffic signal which should be a DIGITAL traffic signal not only at SOLDIER BAZAR NO. 3 ROUND ABOUT, but also at NEAR Mehfil-e-Shah-e-Khursan, Karachi and third one at NUMIASH ROUND ABOUT.
Install traffic signal which are fault free and help to control the traffic flow. If any one have doubt than visit these places and observe how risky those who are riding vehicle and suppose if any one lost life’s or injured than this accident goes to whose shoulder’s?

Please do at early stage and do not think to waste time on the name of NO FUNDS available for further development works. I realized this problem should be solved at urgent basis before ( 20th Safar ) the Chelum of Hazrat IMAM HUSSAIN A.S. and proof that you are real Muslims and lovers of Ahl-e-Bait than God will bless you and your entire family for this work done for public welfare.
