The Concept of Tridosha acts predominant in Ayurvedic treatments. The three doshas or humors, the Vata, Kapha, Pitta,are to be in equilibrium for the human body and mind to be healthy and vibrant. The root cause for any disease is the imbalance in the three humors. Different kinds of examinations help in understanding the imbalance and the position of Tridosha. One such examination is the Nadi pariksha or examining the pulse. The diagnosis helps in understanding which Dosha is instable.
The different therapies and treatments are administered for the balancing the doshas. These therapies takes into account the other capable reacting factors like the outer energies, situations, stress, mental balance, attitude and hence the treatment is far more effective and prolonged. Treatment basically consists of
ayurvedic medicine, designing a specific diet pattern, and the Panchakarma.

The adverse effect of medicines which happens in case of other treatments is completely avoided through Ayurveda's natural products.
